Harlow has an industrious workforce, with 43% qualified to NVQ 3 and above and 27% to NVQ4 and above. The addition of a Higher Education campus, as a branch of Anglia Ruskin University, coupled with the output of increased numbers of residents with higher level skills, will clearly add to these advantages and potential. The University Centre will provide access to the wider university offering of research, knowledge transfer, CPD and consultancy.
