Profile of Business Area
The main business locations are:
Harlow North East
A major business area, this part of the town offers a mix of industrial and commercial units centred on and around Edinburgh Way. Edinburgh Way is a major employment cluster and is vital to the future of Harlow's economic growth.
There are several development opportunities here, with a range of former industrial sites in prominent locations ideal for redevelopment.
North of the railway line, there is a major concentration of units available for distribution, including the Templefields and River Way sub area.
The Harlow Enterprise Hub is located on Edinburgh Way, part of the Templefields business district. It offers 2,230 sq m of accommodation through 52 units configured in a range of sizes - between 18 sq m to 152 sq m - with larger open plan spaces on the top floor, offered on easy in/easy out terms. The rental charges are inclusive, the smallest (18 sq m) being £390pm and £3,406pm for the largest (152 sq m).
Harlow North
This area comprises the Burnt Mill Industrial Estate adjacent to Elizabeth Way and recently developed office accommodation next to Harlow Town Railway Station.
