Development Sites

The Harlow Local Plan 2006 sets out that 15.7 ha of additional employment land has been allocated for business, industry and warehousing locations. This is mainly located around the 'Land North of Nortel', situated in the Eastern employment cluster, and also in the area of Newhall where there are plans underway for residential and business development.

There are a range of prominent sites available for redevelopment in Edinburgh Way.

In terms of available land, there is currently around 25 hectares available in Harlow.
